Terms and Conditions

Please read our terms and conditions thoroughly before placing your order.

Order Delivery                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

Standard stock orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days, For orders that require any personalisation/branding please allow 2 weeks for delivery, we will notify you if these lead times were to change.

Order Branding/Personalisation

All of our products can be personalised with a company logo or text by embroidery or a form of printing (digital, direct to garment or screen printing), we can recommend the best suited option to your order once the artwork (logo) has been received, please see our gown guide section for more details.

Shipping

UK mainland shipping starts from £6.00 + vat for DPD Local next day delivery. Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands and  Channel Islands start from £15.00 (depending on Parcel size) on a DPD Local 2 day delivery service.

Exchange & Refund

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you can return it for an exchange or refund, however Goods must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and unwashed in the original packaging within 28 days of receiving the product. Goods must be returned by suitable carrier, the cost of which will not be reimbursed. We recommend returning goods by a signed or recorded delivery service as Global Image (UK) Limited will not accept liability for goods lost in transit back to ourselves. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

The following items will not qualify for an exchange or refund unless faulty.

  • Embroidered/Personalised items
  • Specially made garments (i.e. Colour, Fabric, Size or Design)
  • Stock clearance items

Payment

We accept payment through our website checkout by card or Paypal, alternatively you can pay by BACS transfer. Orders will be processed when full payment is received. Please contact us on info@melodygowns.co.uk 0191 2571033 if you wished to discuss any alternative payment options.

Tax

All orders invoiced to a UK billing address will be charged 20.00% VAT, Orders invoiced to the Channel Islands, Ireland and the EU zone are charge Zero rated Vat provided a current company VAT number is provided.

Garment Care

All garments are machine-washable (where advised) at a recommended at 30/40 ° C machine wash (depending on garment, please see washing instruction label inside garment) and then hung to dry.

Garments can be ironed, it is recommended to use a cool setting with the garment turned inside out to avoid marking the fabric and any personalised logos.
Certain garments can be Tumbled Dried (depending on garment, please see washing instruction label inside garment) we only recommend a cool setting to avoid any shrinkage of fabric.

Global Image (UK) Limited can not be held responsible for any damaged caused due to neglect, misuse of garments or of not following manufacturer’s instructions on care and use.
